Due to expanding business, we are now seeking a new Call Center Representative. This person will support and provide superior customer service via phone, email, various computer systems, and fax while striving to build relationships with our customers and, in turn, increasing profitability and client satisfaction.

This position pays in the $11 per hour range, depending on experience.


Experience and Skills:

Your qualifications should include well developed conversational skills, at least one year of successful customer service experience, conflict resolution skills, the ability to multi-task, being detail oriented and intermediate computer skills.
