Due to expanding business, we are now seeking a new Pre-Skiptracing Coordinator/Customer Service Representative. The role of this position is to utilize various methods of research devices to record accurate updates on our corporate clients' accounts while also communicating with our internal and external business partners in a punctual and effective manner. A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position and 1 year of customer service experience is preferable.
