Due to our growth, we are now seeking an experienced Staff Accountant position. In this role, you will report to the Accounting Manager, and you will maintain fixed asset schedules, import and code daily bank activity, and perform month end close for multiple companies. In addition, you will reconcile monthly bank and credit card statements, reconcile Accounts Receivables and multiple intercompany accounts, prepare and enter allocations, prepaids, accruals, and adjustments.





You will also assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, verify and record daily credit card payments, code and upload monthly benefit statements, import and code daily bank activity for multiple companies, prepare miscellaneous deposits, and assist with financial needs at our various locations throughout the United States. Duties will also include assisting with processing of check, ACH, and wire payments, working with other departments when necessary, establishing and maintaining effective and cooperative working relationships with coworkers, clients, and vendors, and assisting with other accounting projects as needed.





Your background should include 2-5 years directly-related accounting experience, experience with QuickBooks, a proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, and a commitment to customer service. In addition, you must have the abilities to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities and handle confidential information in a discreet, professional manner, as well as a strong attention to detail, a goal orientation, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities. A Bachelor’s degree is also required.
