Summary:

Under limited supervision, the Custodian will work to ensure that United’s Corporate facilities are neat, clean, free from clutter and safe. A typical day will include trash pick up, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and using industrial and household cleaners and cleaning equipment to clean bathrooms, break rooms and other office areas. The Custodian will be responsible for cleaning and stocking bathrooms and break areas.The Custodian may be called upon to assist with minor building maintenance and to help with other facilities related projects as needed.

Experience and Skills:

Qualifications/Requirements:

Integrity and ability to work independently.

Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets.

Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.

Ability to pass a background and drug test.

Basic mechanical skills.
