We are United, a 45-year old, privately-held based service and logistics company with the leading technology in our our industry. We have nearly 500 employees throughout 10 states and thanks to our growth, we have an immediate need in our Kansas City, MO. office.

 

In this full-time position, you will greet customers and vehicle transporters at our office and release vehicles or personal property to them. You will also handle all administrative processes related to these duties, and handle calls promptly and professionally. (Note, this position does not involve the actual repossession of vehicles or equipment.) Please note, this position does require some working outside on our lot.

Experience and Skills:

Required Experience:

 

Your qualifications should include a H.S. diploma or the equivalent, and a minimum of 6 months work experience, preferably in customer service or in the automotive field. A valid driver’s license is required and you must be able to pass a background and drug test. Due to insurance regulations, you must be at least 22 years of age.

 

You must have a great team-first work attitude, an attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. You should be able to communicate verbally and in writing clearly and effectively. You also must have strong computer skills.
