We’re growing, and due to this growth, we are now interviewing for a newly-opened Recovery / Repossession Agent position.
We are looking for honest people who have a strong work ethic and the professionalism and maturity to work independently. While you won’t have constant supervision, you will have the full support of other seasoned agents, our branch office and corporate teams.
You will be entrusted with a company truck from our fleet of late model vehicles with in-cab computers, backed by state-of-the-science technology that keeps you connected with your clients and your team. You will also be provided with a fuel card, so that we are paying those expenses, not you.
Our full-time Recovery Agents can participate in major medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance plans, and a 401(k) savings program with company match. And the best part, of course, is your opportunity to fill in the amount you earn on each of your paychecks. Our top full-time agents earn in excess of $75K annually, and are eligible for safety bonuses on top of that.
To help you get off to a successful start, we will provide you with thorough training in all areas of the recovery business, too.

To qualify, you should have a H.S. diploma or the equivalent, a clean driving record, and the willingness to work in an industry that pays you directly in relation to how hard and smart you work.
You also must be able to pass a drug test, operate a personal computer with accuracy, and have a great, team-first work attitude.
You should also be willing to work hard to meet goals for production, which may include overnight hours and occasional mandatory weekends. Previous repossession, towing or truck driving experience is preferred but not required.
