As we continue to grow, we are looking for a qualified Claims Representative to work in our corporate office.
The Claims Representative is responsible for liaising UAR Support Services with all other internal departments within UADR. They will take proactive steps to recognize and mitigate loss for UAR as well as define and streamline internal processes. Finally, the Claims Representative will manage UADR’s internal claims process, provide direction and drive claims to resolution.

Reviews Invoices for Profit Opportunity
Understands profitability, trends, volume analysis, aged accounts analysis, and account loads
Act as a centralized point of contact in order to identify opportunities and enhancements within UAR’s internal system. Also manage users within the system.
Accurately complete weekly and monthly reports which audit internal billing processes.
Manage new client setups based on clients’ need as well as identifying potential areas of profit and loss.

Must have great organizational skills, strong written and verbal skills, effective time management skills and proficient computer skills. Must be detail oriented, with ability to work with minimal supervision and a good attitude. Your background should include a H.S. diploma or the equivalent, or, preferably a degree, and at least one year of previous claims experience.
