Due to expanding business, we are now seeking a Customer Service Representative to work in our Transport Department as a Transport Specialist. As a Transport Specialist, you will communicate with clients, transport companies, auctions and storage facilities through calls and emails to provide information related to the release and transport of vehicles. You will schedule appointments, verify units and process delivery requests. Our Transport Specialists also communicate with our branch offices by telephone, email, and instant messaging.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with clients, auctions, transporters, affiliates, and branches via email and/or phone with regards to release, transport and storage issues.

  • Process releases for clients, auctions and transporters in URR’s system of record for all branches and affiliates.

  • Help maintain a 5% or better abandon rate within the Transport team ring group.

  • Able to handle difficult situations/calls with minimum intervention.

  • Understand and assist in implementing procedures set forth by senior management.

This position pays up to $13.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Experience and Skills:

Required Qualifications:

  • High school grad or equivalent

  • Minimum one-year customer service experience

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Proficient computer skills

  • Ability to multitask

  • Organized and detail-oriented

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision

  • A great work attitude, work ethic, and team player

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years prior transport/repo/wrecker service experience
