We’re growing again, and due to this growth, we are now interviewing for a newly-opened part-time Recovery / Repossession Agent position.
We are looking for honest people who have a strong work ethic and the professionalism and maturity to work independently. While you won’t have constant supervision, you will have the full support of other seasoned agents, our branch office and corporate teams.
You will be entrusted with a company truck from our fleet of late model vehicles with in-cab computers, backed by state-of-the-science technology that keeps you connected with your clients and your team. You will get a high volume of quality assignments and be provided with a fuel card, so that we are paying those expenses, not you.
As a Part-time Agent, the amount you earn is in direct proportion to how hard and smart you work.

To help you get off to a successful start, we will provide you with thorough training in all areas of the recovery business and pay to help you get your CARS (Certified Asset Recovery Specialist) certification..
Experience and Skills:
To qualify, you should have a H.S. diploma or the equivalent, a clean driving record, and the willingness to work in an industry that pays you directly in relation to how hard and smart you work.
A valid driver’s license is required and you must be able to pass a background and drug test. Due to insurance regulations, you must be at least 22 years of age. You also must be able to operate a personal computer with accuracy, and have a great, team-first work attitude.
You should also be willing to work hard to meet goals for production, which may include overnight hours and occasional mandatory weekends. Previous repossession, towing or truck driving experience is preferred but not required.
