In this role, you will play a key role in cultivating relationships with existing internal and external customers as well as working with our clients to provide outstanding service with accuracy, efficiency, and quality. Your customer interactions will be by phone and e-mail primarily, and your job duties include accurately assigning information received by our clients to our employees located at our branch locations, resolving customer inquiries, and making necessary updates to our client account information via computer software.

Your background should include a H.S. diploma or the equivalent, or, preferably a degree, and at least one year of customer contact and data entry experience. Experience or knowledge of the automotive, repossession, and towing industry is preferred but not required!
